Cancellation Policy

Please note that 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise a fee of $100 is payable, unless another client is able to be scheduled in. Please note that no Medicare funding is accessible for cancelled or non-attended appointments. 

In recognition that appointments may sometimes be forgotten, an SMS reminder service is in place. Irrespective, clients are responsible for noting appointment dates and times and the SMS reminder service should not be relied upon exclusively.

This policy is not specific to any one individual; it applies to all clients equally.  Discretion will be exercised and cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances.  If you are unclear about any aspects, please discuss with Beau.
